cozygi.com primarily uses PayPal for secure payment processing. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

We also accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL MY PAYMENT BE DEBITED IN?

All our transactions are based on US dollars. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate exchange rate for your chosen currency, depending on the website you are visiting.

DO YOU OFFER THE OPTION OF PAYMENT IN 3 OR 4 INSTALLMENTS?

We offer the option of payment in 3 installments.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you notice an error in your order after receiving your order confirmation, please contact us through our support center. We'll gladly amend your order before shipping. Once your package has been shipped, no changes are possible.

What if I haven't received an order confirmation?

If you haven't received an order confirmation, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order, or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for further information about your order.
